The Goal Focused Way was originally developed for resolving workplace related disputes, and I have many years of experience in workplace dispute resolution. Mediation can be very effective in resolving conflicts between individual employees and within teams. Mediation is also very effective at resolving grievances prior to arbitration, and it is always completely confidential.

¹ For disputes between employees, or between employees and their managers, mediation services must be engaged either through the organisational human resources department or by senior management.
² Homeowner/contractor mediation is available at reduced rates, at convenient hours, as a special service to assist homeowners and contractors to resolve conflicts that would be too costly to litigate... generally in the range of $1500 to $7500. I will not mediate any dispute in which one party has legal representation and the other party does not. I will not mediate any dispute with a claim value more than $7500 unless all parties have legal representation.
³ Employment termination mediation services are limited to disputes already in, or pending litigation. All parties must be represented by independent legal counsel

Online Conflict Consulting: Consulting services are available to individuals and to organizations of all types. I have many years of experience assisting people experiencing conflicts or crises within their workplaces or careers. Because my services to individuals are offered online and by telephone, I am able to offer them at reasonable and affordable rates.

Coaching and consulting sessions cover the strategic thinking of Sun Tzu (Art Of War), the collaborative bargaining tools of Fisher and Uri (Getting to Yes), and applied concepts from the science of human psychology. Some clients may also benefit from standardized tests, of which I use two of the most respected; The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI), and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) assessment. These tests are offered online, and I am fully qualified to administer them.

Using The Goal Focused Way, I provide clients with the tools they need to formulate goals, and to focus on the means of achieving those goals.My goal as a consultant is ALWAYS to facilitate the accomplishment of YOUR goals as an organization.
